Rider acknowledges that neither the Clarkson Horseman Association nor the Town of Clarkson are responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of or to property of any kind and will not be liable for any injury to horse or rider. I ride at my own risk.

PARENT for Minor: Walk Trot Riders must be 7 years or older as of January 1, 2010 and must have legal guardian sign. Youth Riders are 18 years or younger as of January 1, 2010 and must have legal guardian sign. Riders less than 14 yrs as of Jan. 1, 2010 MUST wear an approved ASTM F1163 helmet. All Youth Riders are encouraged to wear helmets-any riders may wear helmets in any class.

NO REFUNDS for any class not canceled by Management. All participants must read and adhere to all rules as any infraction may result in the forfeiture of any and all prizes.

Office Fee = $5.00 per Horse/Rider Combination for the Day (except Lead line-No Office Fee)
There will be a $5.00 fee for non-members

Acknowledgment Of Liability Of Fee Payment – By chehcking te box at left, the applicant acknowledges that he or she is liable for the total amount of the stated entry fees, even if the applicant does not show up on the day of the show. If the applicant submits this form and then fails to show up on the day of the show, a bill for the total amount of the entry fees will be mailed to the applicant and the applicant will not be allowed to participate in future shows until this amount is paid in full. If the applicant is a CHA member, the member will also stop earning points, and will loose voting privileges until this amount is paid in full. This debt can be carried forward to future show years. Pre-registration can not be accepted unless this liability of fee payment is acknowledged and accepted by checking the box at left. Acknowledgement You must agree to terms of liability of fee payment .
